Our client is a recognized leader in confections with a wide range of product offerings including gum, mints, hard and chewy candies, lollipops, and chocolate. The Company has operations in more than 40 countries and distributes its world-famous brands in more than 180 countries. The Company is looking to hire experienced National Key Accounts Manager for its Bulgarian office.
Accountabilities:
1. Sales Strategy (KA):
Develop distribution strategy (goals) for Modern Trade channel with specific approaches per each customer;
Constantly analyzes market trends in this segment and recommends actions to cover it (with products fit for Modern Trade channel) accordingly;
Constantly monitors the results (introductions, sales, no of SKU’s, out of stock, etc) vs. target and decides corrective actions;
Ensures a smooth cooperation with customers team (negotiations, contracts, administration, budgets);
Constantly analyzes costs, return on investment, discount policy and expenses versus budgets;.
2. Merchandising strategy (KA):
Coordinates development of customized merchandising solutions for shelf and check-out according to customers specificity;
Closely cooperates with Marketing and Customer Marketing departments for brand support activities in allocated customers: events, promotions for consumers, customers, etc;
Monitors projects which target increasing visibility and availability of company products in the allocated customers through extending allocated space and secondary placements, etc.
3. Team Management:
Monitors the performance of allocated IC team.
National KA Manager is responsible for performance, motivation and professional proficiency of allocated team.
4. Market Intelligence:
Monitors competition in KA segment;
Company practices around the world in the KA segment and implements those solutions which fits the existing situation;
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience/ Exposure:
University degree;
Min. 4 years in a Senior Sales Management position in a FMCG environment;
Proven Merchandising experience;
Knowledge of Bulgarian market;
Specific competencies:

Excellent negotiations skills;
Good planning skills (budget management experience);
Good project management;
Good interpersonal skills;
Good people management (coordination, feedback, coaching, etc);
